Are we a good fit

Frequently Asked Questions

We custom fit a piece of jewelry to your wrist, neck, ankle or finger. Instead of using a clasp, we use a small jump ring to connect each end of the chain together. We then use a micro welder to close the jump ring, essentially making it a “permanent” piece of jewelry.

NO, absolutely no pain is involved. We do not pierce or weld anything to your skin. There’s a tiny jump ring attached to each end of the chain and that’s what we actually weld. You will never feel a thing!

YES, this process is completely safe. The welding machine we use outputs very low voltage and once again, never touches your skin.

From start to finish, the entire process should only take about 15 minutes MAX. If you are anything like me, the longest part of the process is picking your favorite style chain and/or charm. Once you have picked your favorite, we then measure the piece to your liking and weld the jump ring which takes no more than 30 seconds!

We use 14K gold-filled and Sterling Silver.

Gold-filled jewelry is made by mechanically bonding solid gold to a base metal, often sterling silver or brass. The gold layer is significant, and is permanently bonded to the base metal with pressure and intense heat. Because of this permanence, you wont get any flaking or peeling. If taken care of, gold-filled jewelry can last as long as solid gold.

You can cut the jump ring with finger nail clippers or a sharp pair of scissors. Save all your pieces in a safe place and get it re-welded at one of our future pop up events.

We suggest speaking with your doctor and ask if you will need to remove you permanent jewelry during your X-ray or MRI appointment.

Many of our clients have not been required to remove their permanent jewelry but that is up to the discretion of your doctor.
If you are required to remove your permanent jewelry, simply cut the jump ring with finger nail clippers or a pair of sharp scissors, store the chain and jump ring safely. We will gladly re-weld it on you for free at any of our future events. Just send us a message when you are ready to re-weld your piece back on.

Yes we do. Re-welds start at $15. Jewelry repairs within 5 days are free.

We ensure your piece is fully welded on you and there are no issues with the chain on the day of your appointment.
If enough pressure is applied to the chain or if it gets caught somewhere, the chain can break.
Get in touch with us if you need a repair. We will inspect the chain before re-welding it on you and make sure there are no issues with the chain. Most repairs are $15 but if the integrity of the chain has been compromised or if it has overstretched then you will need to purchase a new chain.
We don’t offer replacements on broken or lost pieces. If your piece is lost you will need to purchase a replacement chain.

No. It can be easily removed with sharp scissors or finger nail clippers by cutting the jump ring.

While it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry. Our pieces are durable, but they are not indestructible.

We recommend anyone with a pacemaker, or history of allergy to nickel or precious metals not get permanent pieces.

Yes you can! TSA does not ask you to remove fine jewelry, only your shoes.

Absolutely! We would love to be part of your celebration by bringing permanent jewelry to the party.
